Erin – create this text by using the “edit post” link on the black bar above – create yr terms of biz as a formatted google doc using H4 for titles, then save it as a pdf as well as uploading it to this post.

I recommend using H4 for titles in this type of post to match the general typography. (in google doc that is [Ctrl-Alt-4] )
don’t use H2 and H3 unless you want stuff that looks like this:
